Susan and Jack invite you to stay at their 16th century farm house nestled close to the heart of the beautiful village of Deddington.

Earls Farm is a working farm with 230 acres of mainly arable farming.  It has been within the Fuller family since the 1930’s.

The established family run bed & breakfast has been welcoming travellers from around the world for the past forty years.  It is open throughout the year with the exception of Christmas and New Year.

In your comfortable surroundings you will find a home from home for either business or pleasure.

All rooms have tea & coffee making facilities, WiFi, hairdryers and access to the visitor sitting room.  The accommodation comprises of:

Cheese Room – downstairs (with some steps for access) family room for four with TV, ensuite bath/shower room.

Dairy Room – double downstairs (with some steps for access) room with TV, ensuite shower room.

Boys Room – double upstairs room with shared use of bathroom and shower room.

Pink Room – twin upstairs room with washbasin and shared use of bathroom and shower room.

A full English breakfast is served, from locally sourced produce between 8-9 am, with an earlier breakfast available with prior notice.

As pets are kept within the farmhouse we can only accept a very well behaved dog, by prior agreement.

Deddington

The old local rhyme goes:

Aynho on the hill

Clifton in the clay,

Dirty, drunken Deddington

And Hempton Highway.

Whilst no longer dirty it is still home to a wide selection of pubs and quality restaurants’ fit for any dining requirements from Pies to a la carte, from Chinese to Indian or just some good wholesome pub food and good local beer.

Deddington also has a wide range of shops from a post office, convenience store (with a cash point), antique centres, delicatessens, ladies fashion and beauty.

The Market Place is dominated by the historic Church of St. Peter and St. Paul part of which dates back to the 13th century.

It has a monthly Farmer Market every 4th Saturday of the month.  www.deddington.org.uk/community/farmersmarket  and a festival over the summer www.deddingtonfestival.org.uk.
